Spray Dried Mango Powder
Our spray-dried mango powder serves as a natural flavoring and coloring agent, capturing the essence of fresh mangoes. The light yellow powder retains the nutrition, aroma, and taste of the fruit. It offers two distinct flavor profiles: a tangy, slightly sweet-and-sour punch from the Totapuri mango variety, and a sweet, rich flavor from the Alphonso mango. The Alphonso powder, in particular, can also act as a natural sweetener, much like sugar or honey.
Mango Powder Manufacturing Process
The process begins by washing and cleaning fresh mangoes, discarding any damaged or rotten ones. The skins and seeds are removed, and the mango juice is extracted. The juice is then filtered and concentrated using evaporators. This concentrated pulp undergoes spray drying, resulting in free-flowing mango powder. The powder is cooled, sieved, and thoroughly checked for quality before being packaged in a sterile manner, ensuring a shelf life of up to one year.
